I had an old A/C system replaced in my house with a new one by MikeNeat LLC/BREE HVAC.
I chosen them as the were the most approachable during quote preparation/comparison phase: very easy to communicate with and competitive prices (unlike other companies, like Stan's).
However, I was pleasantly surprised by Vasiliy's (the technitian) thoroughness. He did not try to cut any corness, always spent extra time to double check that all the procedures were executed properly, connections were perfect.
What's also so important to me, is that he showed at the agreed upon time, explained what was going to happen and answered all my questions. So, the installation went smoothly, according to plan, without any surprises.
